該項目的建成將打造甘肅首個國際化一站式旅游目的地，落成新區(qū)地標(biāo)性建筑，開啟絲綢之路甘肅黃金段的旅游新篇章，引領(lǐng)甘肅文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)進入新紀元。
設(shè)計堅持以人為本的原則，游客在體驗有趣、驚險、新奇的游樂項目時，園區(qū)無微不至的后勤服務(wù)隨時為游客提供游玩保障服務(wù)。園區(qū)以恐龍元素為主題，融合當(dāng)?shù)氐奈幕厣偷匦蔚孛蔡卣鳎元毺氐囊暯且约靶路f的體驗方式為游客打造一個集科普、娛樂、休閑與文化體驗于一體的綜合性主題樂園。園區(qū)設(shè)立“一館五區(qū)”，通過環(huán)線串聯(lián)每個分區(qū)的主要體驗項目，保證園區(qū)的通達性，同時在動線設(shè)計上結(jié)合景觀空間需求，用景觀視覺焦點引導(dǎo)游客，在平面空間中創(chuàng)造一步一景的視覺體驗。各分區(qū)通過獨特的主題包裝，打造成各具特色的主題體驗氛圍，讓游客仿佛置身主題故事描述的世界里，引人入勝。
園區(qū)植入了Dark ride、XDRide、AR、VR等高科技項目，為游客帶來前所未有的驚奇體驗，另外，園區(qū)引入智慧旅游系統(tǒng)，開放游客專用APP，從游客進入園區(qū)的那一刻開始，APP系統(tǒng)將給游客提供全面的信息支持與娛樂互動體驗；游客可通過園區(qū)APP獲得導(dǎo)航定位、項目排隊信息、項目預(yù)約、項目表演節(jié)目時間、園區(qū)美食地圖提醒、場館內(nèi)部展項解說等等。游客再也不用為怕錯過項目時間而擔(dān)心，盡情體驗蘭州西部恐龍園的驚奇之旅。

The park takes dinosaur's elements as theme, the integration of local cultural characteristics and topography features, with a unique perspective and innovative experience for tourists to create a set of science, entertainment, leisure and cultural experience in this integrated theme park. The park set up one museum and five zones, through a ring to link the main experience projects to ensure the accessibility of the park, while the combination of landscape design needs in the landscape, with the visual focus to guide visitors to create one step one view point experience.
