項目概況:
萬達(dá)西雙版納國際度假區(qū)位于西雙版納傣族自治州景洪市西北部，距景洪市約3公里，項目占地6平方公里。建成后將擁有占地61公頃媲美迪斯尼的亞洲級一流主題公園以及中國最具特色的生態(tài)型體育公園，同時還將設(shè)有包括10個世界頂級酒店管理公司的超五星級酒店組成的國際一流高端酒店群，以及8萬平方米的商業(yè)中心，除此之外還包括一流的中小學(xué)校、三甲醫(yī)院、傣秀劇場等多種高端業(yè)態(tài)的配備。萬達(dá)西雙版納國際度假區(qū)先后動工的包括主題公園、雨林體育公園、高端酒店群、傣秀劇院、商業(yè)中心、三甲醫(yī)院、旅游新城等七個功能區(qū)。萬達(dá)西雙版納國際度假區(qū)，是西南地區(qū)投資額最大、內(nèi)容最豐富、創(chuàng)新度最高的文化旅游項目。
Wanda Xishuangbanna International Resort is located on the northwest of Jinghong city, Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture, about 3 kilometers away from Jinghong city, covering 6 square kilometers. After construction, it will be a first-class theme park in Asia and the most distinctive eco-sports park in China, which can compared to American Disney with 61 hectares area.
