項(xiàng)目概況:
上海萬(wàn)達(dá)汽車樂(lè)園項(xiàng)目位于上海青浦萬(wàn)達(dá)茂內(nèi)的2-3層,總設(shè)計(jì)面積10000m2,本項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了針對(duì)性的游玩項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì),業(yè)主方對(duì)消費(fèi)群設(shè)定為以青年及青少年游客作為核心目標(biāo)游客,以家庭游客為補(bǔ)充的消費(fèi)客群?;诮ㄖ臻g條件、受眾客群及業(yè)主方產(chǎn)品定位方面進(jìn)行綜合考慮,圍繞汽車主題思路進(jìn)行展開,通過(guò)汽車小鎮(zhèn)的主題進(jìn)行空間主題的分區(qū)設(shè)定,依據(jù)不同主題分區(qū)內(nèi)容設(shè)定進(jìn)行提煉化包裝,在氛圍設(shè)定上配合主次鮮明的聲光電手段與體驗(yàn)性項(xiàng)目,豐富游客環(huán)境體驗(yàn),同時(shí)增加與主題有更好契合的核心設(shè)備及VR類科技項(xiàng)目,打造動(dòng)感時(shí)尚的汽車主題樂(lè)園。
