本案位于大冶樂森繽紛城的三層，總面積約13000 ㎡，規(guī)劃布局方面合理的處理娛樂與商業(yè)的關(guān)系，達到商娛一體的最終目的。主題設(shè)定上以“奇趣王國”為主題，以輕松、歡樂、夢幻、沉浸式等關(guān)鍵詞為基礎(chǔ)，將全園分為“遺失世界”“西部農(nóng)莊”“活力礦谷”“小鎮(zhèn)市集”四大主題分區(qū)。包裝手法上摒棄傳統(tǒng)主題樂園相對厚重的主題包裝手法，擬對全園整體采取輕質(zhì)的處理手法，只在重要節(jié)點及核心入口區(qū)域做局部重點處理。
