項(xiàng)目概況:
項(xiàng)目以《鎮(zhèn)魂街》漫畫、影視作品等為原型，將 IP 主題化、創(chuàng)意化、空間多元化打造一條集“科技互動(dòng)娛樂 + 主題演藝 + 主題商業(yè)”等功能于一體的主題娛樂街區(qū)。項(xiàng)目總占地面積約 35.7 畝，
建筑面積 2.38 萬㎡。是中國首次以動(dòng)漫為主題，打造沉浸式主題娛樂街區(qū)。
街區(qū)擁有十大主題游樂項(xiàng)目，六大原創(chuàng)主題演藝。所有游樂項(xiàng)目和演藝適合全年齡階段人群，是一個(gè)老少皆宜的主題娛樂街區(qū) , 同時(shí)也適合青少年及粉絲群體“獵奇”和“打卡”。
